Bangladesh Association of Chicagoland (BAC) was created in 1980 with a vision to serve the Bangladeshi Community. The community was much smaller compare to what it is now. It has been more than thirty- five years BAC is providing community services, promoting Bangladeshi heritage and facilitated cultural exchange by sponsoring social events and activities in the Chicagoland area in various ways.

Our vibrant Bangladeshi American community always makes significant contributions to the cultural and economic life in this great City of Chicago. Bangladeshi American community made many traditions and accomplishments in this City and surrounding areas. BAC shares a rich traditions and customs of Bangladeshi culture.

BAC is dedicated to promoting friendships and mutual understanding among its members and others in the community.

BAC seeks to preserve and enhance Bangladeshi culture by organizing cultural and educational activities for the community.

BAC is an organization committed to helping businesses, immigrants, visitors and students from Bangladesh acclimate to the American way of life and system.

BAC policy is to follow everything in democratic process. Only democratic organization serving the Bangladeshi community of greater Chicago and Illinois.
