Membership is renewable annually by January 31st. New membership enrollment is open all year. Please fill out form, including the fee and donation schedule below and enclose your payment of cash or check or pay by Zelle or mail to the address above. If mailing, please do not send cash. Checks should be made payable to BANGLADESH ASSOCIATION OF CHICAGOLAND. If paying in person please submit to an officer of the Board.
